Download the Lillio App

To stay connected, please download the Lillio app from the App Store or Google Play, or access the parent portal on the website. After registering, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions to create your account.

Check your Email

Please check your email for an invitation to join our childcare center's Lillio network, and don't forget to look in your spam or junk folder just in case.

You're Set!

Once you've set up your login, you can access your childcare center's Lillio network through the app or website. If you need assistance, please contact our center's administration.

1. Online, Mail, or Fax?

You have three options to apply for the ACCB: online through My Family Services, or by submitting a physical application by mail or fax.

Interested in applying for the Affordable Child Care Benefit? We’re here to help. Visit our Subsidy Page to learn more about the ACCB, check your eligibility, and let us guide you through the application process.

2. Gather Required Documents

Please check the Affordable Childcare Benefit page on the Government BC website to ensure you have the required documents for the application.

3. Submit for Review

When you submit your online application or mail/fax your documents, the ministry will review for eligibility and how much you may receive. See all the details on the website:
